The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.
One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍

Flight delayed for 90 minutes with no explanation, seat very uncomfortable almost like there was no cushion in it, no power at seat for 10 hour flight, had to use plug in headphones for entertainment system. Crew was great
Lufthansa flights were great. United flight from houston to Frankfurt had very small seats with almost no space
Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.
Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.
It was listed as a business class flight. The seats were economy, size, and the plane was not modern or configured to have a proper business class. I was very disappointed. Given the fact I paid for business class seating, and did not receive it.
The special meal was not correct. But the female stewardess who handled the problem did such a good job correcting the issue. She deserves recognition for understanding and providing customer service and having patience.
It never happened. The flight was canceled because of ground crew strikes in Germany.

The woman at the check-in counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She misspoke, yelled at us and then when she realized she made an error, lied instead of apologizing. I won’t be flying this airline again and that woman should definitely consider a new career.
Cardiff is a great airport but they pen you in at a gate way too small for passenger numbers. Called to the gate too soon and air conditioning was not in operation despite the heat. Cardiff should do better as a small relatively quiet regional airport.
It was a short flight (1.2h), and everything went smoothly.
This was the worst flight experience I’ve had in my entire life. The flight was delayed by four hours, there was no one to ask questions of or get updates from. I had the Ryanair app which showed a later delay than the departure board in the airport, and a different gate, and there was no one who could even tell me, which was the correct gate or time. Then, when we arrived at our destination, it took an hour for the bags to come off.
50 minute of delay on a flight scheduled after 22pm is really annoying. This was even the only flight departing from Frankfurt Hahn on that evening so the delay was inexcusable
Boarding process makes no sense for priority boarding or not since everyone gets crammed in a bus and everyone gets out without any difference.

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.
While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.
