Marked by flight delays on all segments of the trip. Food in first class cabin was mediocre and overhead cabin storage was not adequate. Overall, the premium charge for first class cabin was poor and over hyped. This will be our last flight with UA.

Food wasn’t very good, old business seating configuration on an old A340
Our original business class flight was cancelled so we not only downgraded but we were also spread out across the plane not sitting together in separate middle seats. My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines.
Very nice staff , good in-flight entertainment and food/snacks. Our luggage didn’t make it on the way there, but picking up luggage at the airport was a straightforward process.
Good dinner and nice plane.Smootz flight. Breakfast had no sweet option. Seats hardly reclined.
The service was non existent . Crew did very little didn’t even answer call button . Premium economy in this long haul was the worst I have ever experienced . Never again flying with them .
Beverage and food services are excellent. We enjoy paying the extra for economy plus for the 3 inches more leg room to be exact.
I was duped into thinking it was a United Airlines flight when in fact United had nothing to do with it.
All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.
Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.
